What you will do
- Follow approved recipes, measurements and presentation standards.
- Prepare garnishes, stock the station and maintain clean glassware.
- Check identification, serve responsibly and refer concerns to the manager.
What you bring
- Hands-on bartending experience, accurate measuring and good organization.
- Knowledge of Mexican spirits is a plus.
