Role details

Make both corn and flour tortillas by hand, a central part of the REGIO experience.

What you will do

  • Prepare dough, control hydration and resting, and portion consistently.
  • Form tortillas by hand, with a rolling pin or press as the recipe requires, and cook on a comal.
  • Coordinate fresh production and keep wheat and other allergens controlled.

What you bring

  • Demonstrable skill making both corn and flour tortillas by hand.
  • Consistent size, texture, flexibility and cooking.

Schedule and start date will be discussed during the interview.

Practical assessments and training are paid. Reasonable accommodations are available during hiring.

Tips are separate from base pay. Eligibility depends on actual duties and the applicable policy; amounts are not guaranteed.
