What you will do
- Prepare cocktails and alcohol-free drinks using approved recipes.
- Help teammates with technique, station preparation and closing standards.
- Track stock and waste; refer purchasing and personnel decisions to the GM.
- Check identification, serve responsibly and refer incidents to the manager.
What you bring
- Strong bartending experience and knowledge of tequila, mezcal and classic cocktails.
- Accurate measuring, good organization and respectful teamwork.
Schedule and start date will be discussed during the interview.
